FSU Challenge Positions
The FSU Challenge program hires students and other FSU staff for a number of ongoing positions each semester. Below is a basic description of the positions. Please call 850-644-6142 for more information.

Ropes Course Facilitator
Qualifications
Current FSU students, graduate students, faculty, or staff. (Note: Full-time staff must be approved for dual compensation through their department.)
Interest in providing challenge course activities to diverse groups in an outdoor setting.
Experience working with groups in developing teambuilding activities or programs.
Strong communication and public relation skills.
Professional attitude and work ethics in reference to the responsibilities listed on the attached sheet: Facilitator General Responsibilities.
Current First Aid and CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain).
Commitment to attend entire FSU Facilitator Training Course.
Preferred 2-year commitment to work with the FSU Challenge Program; Minimum 1-year commitment.
