Pat Reeves, Human Resources Specialist.
Pat started her career at FSU in 1982 with Student Affairs in the University Union as secretary to the Business Manager and retired in December 2007 while employed by Environmental Health & Safety as Departmental Accounting Associate. Pat’s held other positions at FSU including a long tenure in Facilities Supply as Senior Purchasing Agent and Stores Manager. She returned to FSU in July 2009 joining the Career Center as Office Administrator and became part of the Campus Recreation family in April 2011. Her duties are in Human Resources; processing and maintaining personnel and payroll records for 35-40 full time staff and approximately 400 OPS students per semester across all recreation programs. She brings a variety of knowledge and experience along with a large network of administrative contacts throughout the FSU family. Pat received the Division of Student Affairs “Star Award” during her employment in the Career Center. Outside of the office you might find Pat traveling in her RV or spending time with her granddaughter and grand chihuahuas!
Kasony Sims, Senior Accountant

Kasony Sims, Senior Accountant
Kasony is the glue that keeps the rest of the Campus Rec staff together when it comes to spending money. She joined the Campus Rec Accounting Office in January of 1997. And, after years as the fiscal assistant, she moved into the role of Senior Accountant in 2006. Born in Tampa, Florida, Kasony moved to Tallahassee to attend FSU and earned her B.A. in Visual Arts. She worked with FSU Printing and Mailing Services prior to her start with Campus Recreation. Other than managing our money, Kay enjoys walking and is an avid moviegoer.

Kathryn joined the Campus Rec staff in 2006 as the department's second money manager. She is quickly becoming the extra supply of glue, holding the rest of the staff together on money matters.
Gena Thomas, Administrative Assistant

Gena Thomas, Administrative Assistant.
Gena joined the Campus Recreation team in March 2010 as the administrative assistant for the Leach Center administrative suite after working many years in the private sector. In her role, she assists with Leach memberships and locker sales, HR time entry, staff travel, and other patron inquiries. She also assists with the work of the Campus Rec Board and the DSA Student Organization Task Force and serves as a member of the FSU Parking Services Board and the USPS Council. She’s been married 11 years, has a 4 year old daughter named Destiny that keeps her very busy, along with two Bichon Frise’s named Kiwi and Kokanut. When not at work, you can catch her high in the air skydiving or in the water scalloping, or just spending time at the beach and pool with her family and friends.

Cynthia Henry, Administrative Assistant.
Cynthia began work at Florida State University in 1986 and joined the Intramural staff in the Fall of 1996. As adminstrative assistant, Cynthia is the most popular person in the office. Along daily office tasks, she processes student paychecks for the entire department. Cynthia is also the IM office psychologist providing helpful tips to the student staff throughout the year. To that end, she has returned to school to pursue her degree in social work. When not at the office, Cynthia is enjoying time with her son Jamar and daughter Maya.
