FSU Reservation: Facility Rentals

RENTAL INFORMATION

The Reservation can accomodate your recreational and corporate needs. On site facilities include a meeting center overlooking Lake Bradford, high and low challenge courses, climbing wall, and waterfront & picnic opportunities. Please note that pets and alcohol are not allowed.

CONFERENCE CENTER RENTALS

Entire Conference Center, Capacity 50: FSU Student Groups: $200, FSU Departments: $300, Non-FSU Groups: $500.
Conference Center Lounge, Capacity 50 theater, 30 conference: FSU Student Groups: $100, FSU Departments: $150, Non-FSU Groups: $250.
Conference Center Wing, Capacity 30 theater: FSU Student Groups: $75, FSU Departments: $100, Non-FSU Groups: $200.

Our multi-room meeting center is perfect for conferences, training and retreats. The rental of our popular meeting center includes audio/visual equipment and coffee services to compliment your needs. Call 850-644-6892 to reserve the conference center.
Daily rates are for 7:30 am until 5:30 pm, M-F, and current park hours Saturday and Sunday.

Requests for earlier start or finish times will require additional staffing costs.
The conference center lounge is a 20' by 50' large room with a waterfront view.
Coffee, TV, VCR, overhead projector, and easels are provided, however markers and flip chart paper are not.

The conference center is for meetings only, and is not available for picnics, parties or receptions.

The conference center now has internet connectivity!!

PICNIC SHELTERS

Registered Student Organizations: FREE

FSU Students: $50 per Rental

FSU Departments: $50 per Rental
Non-FSU Groups: $75 per Rental

Enjoy the shade of our picnic shelters, available for reservation and rental by various groups. Enjoy food hot off the grill: a charcoal grill and picnic tables are available with each shelter. Please bring your own charcoal and grill brush. Call 850-644-6892 to reserve a shelter today!
