Once you are ready to make your appointment bring your 3-day food and activity diary to the Fitness Counter. A nutrition educator will enter your food/activity diary into MyPyramid Tracker prior to your appointment to help assess your diet. At the appointment the Nutrition Educator and client interact to find out the client's goals and answer any questions the client might have concerning general nutrition. The Nutrition Educator will then discuss the 3-day diary, the assessment, and makes suggestions where the client could improve his/her diet in order to meet their individual needs and goals. Specific informational handouts are given to the client if they have special needs or are interested in certain topics.
