LATE REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Availability
Teams that miss the registration period or are dropped due to failure to attend the captains meeting may be admitted following the official registration period on a space-available basis in select major sports. Most minor sports and tournaments do not accept late registrations due to shorter seasons and scheduling restrictions.

Process
Late registrations are processed IN-PERSON only in the Intramural Sports Office, located in 1035 Tully Gym, next door to the Leach Center. Normal office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm. Team captains should come to the Intramural Sports Office to request late registration and receive the appropriate paperwork. A test of IM guidelines & procedures and sport rules is part of the qualification process. Teams are ordered based on the day and time they successfully complete the test and return the necessary paperwork. Certain restrictions apply.

Dates & Times
Late registrations begin at 5:00 pm on the day of the captains meeting and close on the Friday of the first week of the regular season at 3:00 pm.
