Team Registration & Captain's Responsibilities

Secure Apps, Intramural Sports Sign-Up
When to Register Tuesday, May 12th at 12 Noon (Open Teams) and 12:30 pm (Co-Rec)
through Thursday, May 14th at 1:00 pm
Space is Limited! Registration at the Start of the Period is Highly Recommended
Mandatory Captains Meeting Thursday, May 14th at 3:30pm in the Moore Auditorium
Penalties Teams That Do Not Have a Captain or Team Representative Attend the
Captains Meeting Will Be Immediately Dropped from the League (No Fine)
Cancellation & Forfeit Fines Registered Teams Must Cancel Their Registration by Thu May 14 at 3:30 pm to Avoid a Fine
Cancellations by Teams That Attend the Captains Meeting Result in a $20 Fine
Forfeits for Failure to Field Enough Players During the Regular Season Result in a $30 Fine
All Fines are Assessed to the Team Captain | Cancellation & Forfeit Fine Details
Late Registration Available in the Intramural Sports Office (1035 Tully Gym)

Player Eligibility & Registration
Eligibility Players must be registered for classes during the first six-week session,
OR, players must purchase a Summer Sports Pass from Intramural Sports
OR, players must purchase a Student Summer Rec Pass from the Leach Center
Restrictions Varsity Soccer Players are Not Eligible to Compete in This Sport
Club Soccer Players are Limited to 2 Players per Team

Team Rosters
Minimums & Maximums
Minimum of 5 Players to Start a Game (6 in Co-Rec), Roster Size is Unlimited
Participants May Play for Only One Team in the League
Participants May Not Change Teams Once They Have Signed In for a Team
How to Join a Team Already Found a Team to Play For? Simply Present Your FSUCard at the Check-In Window at the Rec SportsPlex Prior to Your First Game to Be Added to the Team Roster;
FSUCard and Check-In Required for All Subsequent Games
