| Mandatory Captains Meeting | Thursday, July 1st at 3:30pm in the Student Services Building, Room 208 |
| Penalties | Teams That Do Not Have a
Captain or Team Representative Attend the Captains Meeting Will Be Immediately Dropped from the League (No Fine) |
| Cancellation & Forfeit Fines | Registered Teams Must Cancel Their Registration by Thursday, July 1st at 3:30 pm to Avoid a Fine,

during the first six-week OR 2nd six-week session, OR, players must purchase a Summer Sports Pass from Intramural Sports, OR, players must purchase a Student Summer Rec Pass from the Leach Center. |
