| Additional Rules | |
| Entry Procedure | All competitors must complete a Race Entry Card at the track and submit it to the meet clerk when the event is called to check-in. At check-in, competitors must also show their current FSUCard. Race Entry Cards are available trackside at the registration table. |
| Individual Entries | May enter up to 3 events (in any combination of running and field events); relays count as running events. Failing to qualify during a prelim still counts as one event. |
| Team Entries | May enter a maximum of 2 people per individual event and one relay team per relay event |
| 100m Dash Qualifying | Top 8 finishers by time advance to
the finals. Places 9 and 10 will serve as alternates. |
| All Other Events | Regardless of the number of teams / heats, all other races will be run as timed finals (no additional championship race). |
| Places, Team Scoring, Awards | The first six finishers in each event
score points for his/her team as follows: Individual Events: 7-5-4-3-2-1 Relays: 14-10-8-6-4-2 Individual and relay champions receive an IM Champion t-shirt. |
| Meet Rules | A false start results in disqualification. Appropriate attire and footwear is required. All Mike Long Track rules are in effect during this event. Current FSUCard is required for all participants. |
