Fumbles
Fumbles are Immediately DEAD When The Ball Touches the Ground. There are NO Scrambles for a Fumble.
When Fumbled Backwards, the Ball is Ruled Dead at the Spot Where the Ball Touches the Ground (Next Play Begins at This Spot).
When Fumbled Forwards, the Ball is Ruled Dead at the Spot Where the Ball Was Fumbled (Cannot Gain Yards on a Fumble).
Fumbles and Bad Snaps are Considered Running Plays for Timing Purposes.

Penalty Enforcement
Due to the Smaller Field in 4-on-4, All Traditional 5-Yard Penalties are Enforced as 3-Yard Penalties. All Traditional 10-Yard Penalties are Enforced as 5-Yard Penalties.

Mercy Rule
If a Team is Ahead by 19 or More Points at or Inside the 2:00 Mark of the 2nd Half, the Game Will Be Called.
