Players Shall NOT Use Their Hands or Arms to Block Defenders from Reaching His/Her Flag.
Players Shall NOT Use The Ball from Reaching His/Her Flag. NO Stiff Arms.

No Stripping or Stealing of the Ball from a Player in Possession
Defenders May NOT Attempt to Strike or Strip the Ball from an Offensive Player in Possession.
Holding, Tripping, or Other Contact with Opponents is NOT Permitted. A 5-Yard Personal Foul Will Be Assessed.
| It's Odd, But Because the Opponent Cannot Try to Knock the Ball Out of a Player's Hands, This is Legal and Helps Prevent Flag Guarding. |
