Basics
4-on-4 Flag Football is a Quick-Paced Pass-Heavy Version of Football Played on a Small Field Just 40 Yards Long (Plus 2 10-Yard Endzones) and 30 Yards Wide. There are No Run Plays as a Forward Pass That Goes Beyond the Line of Scrimmage is Required on Any Down That Gains Positive Yardage. Obviously No Tackling Either, as Players are Downed When Their 3-Flag Flag Belts are Pulled Off by an Opponent.
