Social Wellness
People who are socially well have positive interactions and enjoy being with others. They have the ability to communicate with people of all types and are able to balance their time to include both fun and daily responsibilities.
Intellectual Wellness
Intellectual well individuals enjoy creative mental activities. They use their resources to enhance their knowledge and skills while enlightening others around them.
Physical Wellness
Physically well people recognize and apply the importance of fitness, nutrition, personal hygiene, and self-medical care. These individuals exercise regularly, eat balanced diets, avoid the use of drugs, and get regular medical check-ups.
Spiritual Wellness
Individuals who are spiritually well seek the meaning and purpose of life. They have a deep appreciation of the Universe and ask questions about themselves and the world around them.
Occupational Wellness
Occupational wellness relates to one's work satisfaction. People who are occupationally well value their personal gratification at work and contributions to the community at whole.
Emotional Wellness
People who are emotionally well are aware and accepting of their own feelings. They are sensitive towards others feelings and have the ability to handle stress.

Wellness on Wheels Are you trying to promote fitness and healthy eating in your dorm or student organization? The Wellness Staff is happy to bring the programs to you! If you would like Wellness Staff to present at your next event, please submit a Wellness Presentation Request via our web form. |
