One-Time Sessions
Designed to meet the fitness needs of any individual – body toning, weight loss, building muscle mass, and basic fitness.  Work one-on-one with a trainer to design a workout routine tailored to your goals and fitness level. Spend 90 minutes learning different equipment and solid strength training principles. Follow the designed program as a guideline for your independent workouts.  After 4 to 6 weeks, sign up for another appointment to switch things up!

Appointments for One-Time Sessions are FREE!  Make your appointment at the Fitness Counter today.

Personal Training

Workouts can be geared towards improvements in basic fitness, strength, endurance, hypertrophy, cardiovascular fitness, sport specific training, and more. Our personal trainers can take you through traditional workouts on the fitness floor, in addition to utilizing more creative training modalities.

Applications are REQUIRED and are available periodically throughout the semester. Watch the Leach Fitness news page or check the fitness counter for availability.

Note: All students and Leach Members are entitled to take advantage of our free Personal Training service. Therefore, individuals are only permitted 8 personal training sessions per semester.
