Abs and Lower Back Workout
This is a class especially designed to target and strengthen weak abdominals
and improve lower back muscles. The 30-minute session emphasizes safe
and effective exercises for abdominal, oblique, and erector spinae muscles.
Whatever your fitness level, our energetic instructors will provide a
workout environment that will inspire and keep you back for more!
RAB® Abs & Back
There's a new and exciting way to strengthen your abdominals, this 30-minute
class uses Resist-A-Balls®! The RAB® offers a greater range of
motion and adds support for your lower back while forcing you to perform
abdominal exercises with correct form, thus increasing the intensity of
your training. Come and see what it's "b"-all about!
Abs & Lower Body Blast
This 30-minute class will blast you into lower body shape. It focuses on strengthening the abdominals, lower back, glutes, and legs. This class is for all fitness levels – so come join the fun!
Pilates Mat Training
This class is based on the principles of core strength and stabilization
as created by Joseph Pilates. Pilates is an all-encompassing mind, body,
and spirit exercise - a whole approach philosophy that is often shared
with other techniques such as yoga and tai-chi.
Body
Tone
If you want to add some variety to your weight training routine, Body Tone
is the class for you. The workout concentrates on all major muscle groups
using calisthenics, steps, body bars, exertubes, and light dumbbells to
provide varying resistance. We promise a total body workout!
RAB® Body Tone
Need some excitement in your workout routine? Then get on the ball! Resist-A-Ball® Body Tone is a fun and challenging class that offers a total body workout
utilizing the Resist-A-Ball which adds the challenge of core strength and
balance to your workout. High reps with dumbbells, exertubes and body bars
will test your endurance and while strengthening and toning your whole body.
This class is for all fitness levels!
Step-Interval Training
This is a class for both males and females who enjoy a challenge! This 1-hour
session consists of aerobic step training with intervals of resistance training.
This class works all major muscle groups and is designed specifically to
improve strength and cardiovascular conditioning. If steady state and boredom
is not your thing, this class is for you!
GTS Total Body
This 45-minute class features the award winning Gravity Training System for a total body resistance workout. The GTS tower provides eight levels
of resistance to challenge both the beginner and advanced user while they
work against gravity. Come and try the hottest new piece of fitness equipment
in the industry!
GTS Upper Body
Blast
Blast in and out of the gym with this 25-minute class featuring the award
winning Gravity Training System to tone and shape your upper body, abs
included! Come and experience a smooth ride -- for beginners and advanced
patrons alike!
GTS Core Strength
This 20-minute class provides functional training for the abdominals,
spine, and hips while utilizing the award-winning Gravity Training System.
Work against gravity for a strong center and see the difference!
Boot Camp
Get ready to sweat! This class features a wide range of training techniques including drills, plyometrics, calisthenics, and much more that will push you to your limits. If you are looking for a challenge, this class is for you. Boot Camp is sure to whip you into shape!
Cardio Strength Xplosion (Sports Conditioning)
This is the ULTIMATE interval class. Forget the tricky choreography of aerobics,
this class is geared to give you a Total Body Conditioning workout without
all the frill! We will focus on testing your strength and muscular endurance
and push your anaerobic threshold by introducing plyometrics, coordination
drills, and sports specific exercises. Bringing a towel and a water bottle
is highly recommended. If you want a REAL challenge, then this class is
for you
Cardio Xplosion (Super
Cardio)
This is a high-intensity cardio-based workout class. The instructors
will have you doing speed drills and shuttle runs with stations mixed
in just for fun. Bring a water bottle and a towel 'cause this class
is super challenging. You asked for it, you got it!
Spinning
You don't need to know how to ride a bicycle to take this class, you'll
be on a Johnny G Spinner! This is 40-minute stationary bike class led by
an instructor will take you for an imaginary ride. The intensity of the
class is always controlled by you so first timers and the highly trained athlete can get excellent workouts in the same class! Come see for yourself
what all the excitement is about. The only requirements are that you bring
a towel, water bottle, and an imagination--'cause your gonna be in for the
ride of your life! The 40-minute class is limited to 25 participants per
session. New students should show up 10 min. early to be set up properly on the
bike by the instructor. You must be seated on your bike and ready to go--5 min. prior to class start or we give your bike away!
Spinning
and RAB Abs
You get a great 40 min. ride plus a killer Resist-A-Ball abdominal workout to boot! It's only 7 minutes on the ball! This class runs for approximately 1 hour--from start to finish. You must be seated on your bike 5 min. prior to class start or we give your bike away!
Kickboxing
A vigorous workout using the training routines of kickboxers adapted to
the mainstream general public. The objective is to get a great workout
and learn how to use your hands and feet to protect yourself. Increase
self-confidence, flexibility, coordination, speed and stamina while having
fun! Learn how to jab, punch, kick and defend yourself while improving
your speed and power. Kickboxing is the workout with a KICK!
