Tips to Improve Your Spiritual Wellness
Spend time alone and meditate. 
Live in the present.  Do not dwell on the past or worry about the future.

Leach Center Services
Yoga Classes - Meaning the union of BODY-MIND-SPIRIT, yoga is a blend of postures, breath control, concentration and meditation. This class focuses on physical health and mental well being.
Performance Enhancement Services - This program will offer you a chance to look deeper into your current exercise routine and how you view exercise as a whole.  Our specialists are here to provide effective strategies to help you make the most of your workout.

Religion Department - Explore your own beliefs and others by taking a course in the Religion Department.
Religious/Spiritual Student Organizations - FSU has over 30 religious/spirital student organizations on campus. 
The Center for Leadership and Civic Education - The Center provides numerous opportunities to volunteer in the community and to make a change around the world.
