When OfferedFREE 20-minute consulation sign-up is availiable at the Fitness Counter every 2nd Wednesday of the month. The appointments occur the following week.

· Posture stress
· Exercise Recommendations and/or Physician Follow-up, if needed
Services NOT Provided
· Diagnostic testing
· Treatments (require separate appointment)
