Wellness Education Classes - Small group sessions in an informal atmosphere.  Topics include
Bulking Up, Weight Loss, Fad Diets, and many more!
Women On Weights - These workshops are here to educate women on proper exercise techniques that will strengthen and tone the body.
Performance Enhancement Services - Our specialists are here to provide effective strategies to help you make the most of your workout.
Fitness Testing - The Polar TriFIT can assess your current fitness level through a variety of tests and show you how you measure up!
Body Composition Assessment - The Wellness Department offers FREE Body Composition Assessment using the Skinfold Method.
One-on-One Trainer Appointments - Work one-on-one with a trainer to design a workout routine tailored to your goals and fitness level.
Personal Training - Get 8 FREE training sessions with a nationally certified personal trainer.
Group Exercise Classes - Morning, noon, and night... 80 different classes each week, starting as early as 7:00 am and continuing throughout the day.
Healthy Recipes - Enjoy some of the recipe favorites provided by the Wellness Staff!
