FITNESS TESTING SERVICES
What is Fitness Testing?
In order to achieve goals you must first know the materials you have and the methods by which you will accomplish your goals. A Personal Fitness Test gives you the materials "your level of fitness" then, allows you to apply the information you have learned towards selecting the method that is correct for you to meet your goals. Completing the personal fitness tests will enable you to scientifically examine your personal level of fitness and allow you to plan achievable goals for your own purposes. Components of the fitness tests include: Body Composition, Resting Heart Rate, Resting Blood Pressure, VO2 Submax, Muscle Strength, Muscle Endurance, and Flexibility.
