Adult Swim Lessons
Three sessions will be offered for the beginner & intermediate adult who wants to learn how to swim. By taking this course you will learn water safety skills and also be introduced to the 5 basic swim strokes. The skills learned in this course will assist you in enjoying swimming as a recreational and fitness activity as well as learning to be safe around the water.

Lessons occur between 7:00 and 8:00 pm on two days each week.

Adult Swim Sesion 1A: January 25-February 10, Mondays & Wednesdays
Adult Swim Session 1B: January 26-February 11, Tuesdays & Thursdays
Registration Deadline for Session 1: January 21

Adult Swim Session 2A: February 15-March 3, Mondays & Wednesdays
Adult Swim Session 2B: February 16-March 4, Tuesdays & Thursdays
Registration Deadline for Session 2: February 11

Adult Swim Session 3A: March 22-April 7, Mondays & Wednesdays

Adult Swim Session 3B: March 23- April 8, Tuesdays & Thursdays

Registration Deadline for Session 3: March 18

Students: $30/session, Other Leach Center Members: $40/session.

Water Aerobics
Enjoy less impact on the joints, perfect for those just beginning an exercise program or those who regularly exercise. Move at your own pace as the instructor provides a variety of movements. Water exercises vary from deep to shallow water. Classes are offered throughout the semester. Students and Leach Center members can drop in anytime, no registration required. Water Aerobics will give you a complete aerobic & resistance training workout in the water! Please see the group exercise schedule on the fitness page for a list of times.

Sorry, no phone registration is available. Make checks/money orders payable to FSU.
