FRONT DESK SERVICES

The Front Desk at the Leach Center is your one stop for equipment and facility needs.

LOCKER RENTAL

Throughout the Leach Center there are day-use lockers for those who are only interested in one-day use. These are one-time use, key-operated lockers. These daily lockers are available for use FREE of charge. NO tokens required, simply pick up a key at the Front Desk. Also, larger daily lockers are available at the bottom of the back staircase for one-day storage of bigger items such as motorcycle helmets.

The Leach Center has nearly 600 lockers that are rented out on a semester by semester basis. At the beginning of each semester, the lockers that were not previously renewed go on sale at 6:15 a.m. on the first day of classes. In addition, patrons may also rent lockers in Tully Gym (adjacent to the Leach Center) on a semester by semester basis. Above prices include tax. Lockers must be renewed each semester (including summer) to receive reduced renewal rate.

TOWEL SERVICE

All Leach Center members using fitness equipment must have a workout towel. You are always welcome to bring one from home. Towels are available for rental at the Front Desk in the atrium for just 50 cents for a workout towel or 75 cents for a bath towel. Save a quarter (just 25 cents for a workout towel and 50 cents for a bath towel) when you pay with cash.

Towel service is also available to Leach Center members on a semester-by-semester basis. For just $15.12 ($16.25 including tax), members can pick up a towel at the front desk for each workout during the semester.

EQUIPMENT CHECKOUT

The Leach Center equipment desk has all the equipment you will need to recreate in this facility. Items such as basketballs, volleyballs, racquets, paddles, and jump ropes are available for checkout at no cost to members. Just bring by your student ID. Note that if you are checking out equipment and a locker key, you will need 2 forms of ID (FSUCard and Driver's License, for example) in order to get everything you need.

LEACH PRO SHOP

Consumable items such as racquetballs, squash balls, and table tennis balls are available for purchase from the Leach Pro Shop, also located at the Front Desk. The Pro Shop also stocks aquatics accessories such as goggles, fitness accessories such as heart rate monitors, and batteries for your portable electronic devices. Plus, we have Campus Rec gear at low prices (how about a t-shirt for just $5!).
