| Penalties | Teams That Do Not Have a
Captain or Team Representative Attend the Captains Meeting Will Be Immediately Dropped from the League |
| Cancellation & Forfeit Fines | Registered Teams Must Cancel Their Registration by Thursday, July 8th at 3:30 pm to Avoid a Fine,
