  Flag Guarding
No Swiping at a Defender Who Is Attempting to Deflag the Ball Carrier.

No Stripping or Stealing of the Ball from a Player in Possession
Defenders May NOT Attempt to Strike or Strip the Ball from an Offensive Player in Possession.
Holding, Tripping, or Other Contact with Opponents is NOT Permitted. A 10-Yard Personal Foul Will Be Assessed.

  Legal Running Form
It's Odd, But Because the Opponent Cannot Try to Knock the Ball Out of a Player's
Hands, This is Legal and Helps Prevent Flag Guarding.
