How did you get involved in our league?
	I am normally a team captain and personally signed up our team.
	I normally play IM sports, so I joined a team with friends or with my organization.
	I normally watch my friends play other IM sports and decided to play this one.
	I don't normally play or watch IM sports, but flag football sounded fun, so I formed a team of my own.

Why did you choose to participate in IM flag football (primary reason)?
	I wanted to win it all and earn the coveted IM champion t-shirt.
	I simply enjoy playing flag football and wanted to participate in an organized league.

	Yes, the IM staff reviewed the rules before the game.

How much experience did you have before playing in our IM league this season?
	I played competitive football (tackle or flag) in high school.
	I played some football before, mostly in a recreational setting (organized pick-up games).
	I had not played much or any football before this IM season.
Sportsmanship is a key focus of the Intramural Sports program at FSU. How did your team address sportsmanship during this sport's season? (Check all that apply)
	We didn't really do anything special. Our team normally tends to show good sportsmanship.
	Our team actively worked to keep our sportsmanship high during the season. The captain talked about it with teammates before a game or players helped calm down other players in intense situations during game play.
	My team could have made a better effort to demonstrate good sportsmanship during the season. We had a few troubles during the season.
	My team was aware of the IM Sportsmanship Rating Scale and the requirement to maintain a 3.0 average to continue playing in the league.
